As the result of the 1st round of Nigerian Mathematics and Sciences Olympiad 2022 are announced, our students performed excellently and made first positions in the Junior and Senior Maths Natoinwide.
In total, Nine (9) Special Maths Academy (SMA) students got gold, silver and bronze (4 gold, 2 silver and 3 bronze) medals in the state level of the Nigerian Mathematics Olympiad.
A total of 17 of our students qualified for the second round.
We would like to congratulate all our students on their excellent and exemplary performance in the 1st round.

1. Uwakmfon Jacob: a student of Graceland International School, came 1st Position and won a Gold medal in Rivers State, Senior Category.
2. Adoga Agbo Daniel: a student of Graceland International School, came 1st Position and won a Gold medal in Rivers State, Junior Category.
3. Olajide Ireoluwa Ayobami: a student of Welkin International School, came 1st Position and won a Gold medal in Ogun State, Junior Category.
4. Abasiofon Sampson: a student of Hands-On Academy, came 1st Position and won a Gold medal in Cross River State, Junior Category.
5. Arogundade Precious Olamide: a student of Welkin International School, came 2nd Position and won a Silver medal in Ogun State, Senior Category.
6. Frank-briggs Tamunosaki: a student of Graceland International School, came 2nd Position and won a Silver medal in Rivers State, Senior Category.
7. Ekwelem Elvis Chiedozie: a student of Graceland International School, came 3rd Position and won a Bronze medal in Rivers State, Senior Category.
8. Oghenerukevwe Patrik Esemitodje: a student of NTIC Ogun, came 3rd Position and won a Bronze medal in Lagos State, Senior Category.
9. Eke Kamsiriochi Daniel: a student of Graceland International School, came 3rd Position and won a Bronze medal in Rivers State, Junior Category.
10. Ikenna Enwere: a student of NTIC Ogun, came 4th Position in Lagos, Senior Category.
11. Peter Mfonobong Ukwesu: a student of Graceland International School, came 5th Position in Rivers State, Senior Category.
12. Damaris Oyerinde: a student of The Ambassadors College, came 8th Position in Ogun State, Junior Category.
13. Ihenacho Chidubem: a student of The Graceland International School, came 9th Position in Rivers State, Senior Category.
14. Okpako Ovie Joel: a student of Graceland International School, came 9th Position in Rivers State, Junior Category.
15. Nwakuna Faithful Chikamso: a student of Graceland International School, came 10th Position in Rivers State, Senior Category.
16. Jason Ngaha: a student of Plemora International School, came 11th Position in Rivers State, Junior Category.
